As we continue our unit on communities, please remember we will be having a classroom-wide can food drive all next week. We have also become part of a wonderful campaign called WE GIVE BOOKS. This program allows you to read a book online and for each book you read, one is donated to the charity of your choice! Our class selected Tinga Tinga Tales, an East African charity, as the recipient of our free books. I try to make time in class to read these books, but if you would like to contribute to our total please go the following website: http://www.wegivebooks.org/.
